CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds in the following cases:

- Wrong product delivered
Refund Process:

- Share images of the damaged/wrong product
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product used or opened
- After 7 days of delivery
- Sacred products cannot be returned once opened due to their spiritual nature
Refund Method:
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (provide account details)
REPLACEMENT POLICY
We offer replacement for:

- Wrong product delivered
Replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days of approval.
